Offering you the chance to try before you buy. We meet via Google Meets or Chat to talk through what you’re looking for. This process is great for both of us to get to know each other. We will discuss goals, motivation, and fitness level. It’s important to get along with the person you’re working with. Let’s test the waters to see if our personalities will work well together. Trusting someone to help you make permanent life changes is a big step.
