Fitness Unplugged

Fitness unplugged is my analog, snail mail offering to those of you that love getting actual good mail in your post box vs just more junk mail and bills. It delivers to you once monthly. It is plain postage (aka no tracking) just a plan + a stamp headed your way. Each month will include some bonuses within.

Programming+

Just want the workouts? Cool. You get a rockstar, program delivered via digitial product or fitness app depending on purchase. No hand-holding, no pep talks. Track your lifts, watch your form, follow the damn plan. This is for the self-starters who want results, and have stopped making excuses. Be consistent, or be forgotten.

My Transformation Story

300+ pounds to Today

When I turned 40, i had the switch flip. I no longer wanted to keep living the way I was. I was fat, unhappy, and struggling with getting the things in life done that I desparately wanted to do. I decided one day THIS IS IT. I cut out so many things cold turkey. I quit my daily 6 cans of cherry pepsi, no more red bull, no more cookies, no more coffee even, no more bread, no more rice, no alcohol… I just quit. It’s seven years later.
