    Fitness UnPlugged

    For the individuals looking to get off their phone & their asses to get fit as fuck. You want a plan, a method to track results, focus without the device distraction, plus old school connection trending towards an analog lifestyle in at least one area of your life.
    What it is: A monthly letter sent to your home with a workout plan, a gym story, and bonuses of potentially recipe ideas,  stickers, or whatever else my brain decides.

    Are you a Gen Xer and wondering, where the hell are the other women like me? How do I make new friends as an adult? They’re in small group fitness coaching “rooms”! Come join us, play nice or I will take away your scissors.

    If you’re a bit of a social butterfly. You want to meet more like minded people, small group coaching may be the best option.

    • Small group coaching from the comfort of your location
    • We “meet” online with Google Meet using video or audio
    • Everyone will get a chance to ask any questions
    • Everyone will get a chance to discuss concerns

    1:1 Personal Training Information

    All training is offered on a flat monthly rate. This model ensures consistency, accountability, and fairness while avoiding scheduling issues caused by cancellations.

    Memberships are billed monthly at a flat rate based on the number of sessions per week selected (see pricing below).

    New Clients require a 3 month initial contract in order to see true progress. Serious goals require serious commitment. I take my time serious and I only work with serious individuals. This is how I protect my personal boundaries and career goals.

    The monthly rate covers sessions scheduled on a recurring weekly basis. If a session is missed within a given week, it may be rescheduled within the same calendar month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

    Each training session is 50–55 minutes in length.

    Because some months have more than four weeks, the total number of sessions provided may exceed the base count (e.g., “2x weekly” will often result in 9+ sessions in longer months). The flat monthly rate remains the same regardless of the number of weeks in that month.

    Monthly Training Rates

    I’ve moved to a flat monthly rate to keep scheduling simple and clients consistent.

    • Choose 1x, 2x, or 3x sessions per week at the monthly rates below.

    • If a session is missed, it can be made up within the same month. Sessions do not roll over to the next month.

    • Some months have extra weeks, which means you may get more than 4 weeks of training (for example, “2x weekly” could be 9+ sessions). The monthly rate stays the same either way.

    • Sessions are 50–55 minutes.

    Email Club

    Get some email from me occasionally. I won’t sell your info to the government or the hackers. It’s just between you & I. For real though, stay informed about when I realize new products, written stories, have training opening, or bonuses.

    3x Weekly

    Upper Body Day, Lower Body Day, and a Total Body Day

    Options include:

    • Monday/Tuesday + Thursday split
    • Monday + Wednesday/Thursday split

    $850/mo

    2x Weekly

    Two Total Body Days with the following options include:

    • Monday / Wednesday Split
    • Tuesday / Thursday Split

    $650/mo

    1x Weekly

    Total Body Day with additional homework for your own to keep consistency. 

    • One day during Monday thru Thursday
    • Cancellations EXTREMELY frowned upon if you truly want results.

    Hyrox Training Plan

    The gist so far is a FUNCTIONAL FITNESS including compromised running with strength training. You’ll be able to survive a zombie apocalypse. You won’t just look like a badass, you can kick some ass.
