What’s the difference between the Ignite Community and Wildfire?
Ignite is a community experience focused on guided independence through building consistency, structure, and foundational habits. We have weekly fitness checkins held within the community and twice monthly financial accountability.
Wildfire is my highest-touch coaching experience with closer support, deeper accountability, and more individualized strategy.
How often can I message you?
Coaching clients receive support through the app, with responses during business hours within 24–48 hours.
How much access do I have to you?
Coaching support is provided through the training app.

How long should I expect to work with you?
To be completely honest, you’re going to see the most benefit by committing to yourself for ONE YEAR. This is broken out into 12 week payments. Most clients see the best results through long-term consistency, not short-term intensity. Initial coaching commitment is 12 weeks.
Do you provide meal plans?
No. I provide nutrition coaching and guidance designed to help you build sustainable habits for real life.
What if I’ve struggled with consistency in the past?
Most women I work with have. I did as well.
My coaching is designed to help you build sustainable habits and realistic routines instead of relying on motivation or perfection.
You do not need to be perfect to succeed here.
You do need to keep showing up.
Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Absolutely not!! So many people think this. It’s similar to cleaning before the cleaning service shows up. It’s not necessary.
My coaching programs (Ignite, Blaze, and Wildfire) are designed to meet you where you are while helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency over time.
What kind of results should I expect?
You’re probably going to HATE this answer but it’s the truth. I’m not here to promise you something.
Hard truth: Results vary based on consistency, communication, effort, stress levels, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle.
My focus is on sustainable progress, long-term strength, and helping you build habits that actually last; not extreme short-term transformations.
One thing I can attest to, as we work together and short term goals enter the picture you will be able to reach those goals with greater ease.
Do you work with women using GLPs?
Yes, I am not here to judge you on tools you and your doctor have decided you need.
In fact, I wish more women using GLPs would seek out strength training and coaching as they are using GLPs.
The important part most people are neglecting when using GLPs, they’re not eating, they’re not using it as a tool to establish GOOD food/eating habits. This is where I come in to guide you.
What if my life gets busy?
Ummm, that’s exactly the point. Your life is going to get busy. But now you have the internal and external strength to ENJOY the moments you’ve chosen for your life.
Life WILL get busy.
The goal is not creating a perfect routine that only works under ideal circumstances. The goal is learning how to continue showing up for yourself even during stressful seasons.
Can I switch coaching tiers later?
Yes, coaching tiers can be adjusted based on availability, goals, and support needs.
If you have REALLY struggled in the past with consistency, starting with Wildfire will benefit you the most for the first 12 weeks.
It’s not my intention to keep you as a clients forever. It is most rewarding for me when we decide you’re ready to drive on your own. When you come back and tell me what you’ve done and how it felt. THAT is what I am here for.
Do you offer one-time workout plans?
No.
My coaching is designed around long-term behavior change, accountability, and sustainable progress rather than quick-fix programs or generic PDFs.
In my opinion those are cash grabs from other coaches. And thats the same pattern you’ve been on that didn’t work. You’re here because you want something different.
What if I miss workouts or fall off track?
Missing a workout does not mean failure.
Part of coaching is learning how to recover quickly from setbacks instead of disappearing completely after one difficult week.
Will you hold me accountable?
Yes, but accountability works best when it becomes a partnership. I think you’ll agree if you’ve ever been in a marraige that you overgave in.
I will guide, support, challenge, and help you problem-solve, but lasting change also requires your participation, honesty, and effort.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, unless you have a full gym with heavy weights available to you. We build strength by lifting heavy.
Those 3-5-8 pound dumb bells aren’t cutting it. In fact, do yourself a favor and sell them on Marketplace now and invest in yourself with a gym membership.
Who is NOT a good fit for my coaching?
My coaching may not be the right fit if you are looking for:
- quick fixes
- extreme dieting
- perfection-based approaches
- daily hand-holding
- a coach to “do the work” for you
The women who succeed most in my programs are willing to communicate honestly, stay consistent, and continue showing up even when life gets messy.

I am strictly a coach for women. My passion resides in helping WOMEN be the best versions of themselves. I’m here to live my best life, and it involves lifting women up.
